Do my actions cause people to ask me this question?

I asked myself this after encountering the passage in 1 Samuel 17 where David’s testimony, faith, and actions surrounding his victory over Goliath caused King Saul to ask him:

“Whose son are you, young man?”

Basically, “Who’s your daddy?”

My heavenly daddy is the Lord of the Lords, the Prince of Peace, the Commander of the Angel Armies, the Alpha and the Omega, My Savior.

Who’s your daddy?

Lord, make my actions, my faith, my testimony about You cause people to notice that something is different about me–that “something” being whose I am, to whom I belong. May my actions always point to You in all that I do, causing people to ask about Your role in my life. Thank you for being my Abba Father, my daddy, for this, I am forever grateful.
